1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between tkppk ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the tkppk.cam website and all related services.

tkppk operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket, football, and other sports betting, slots, and live casino services. These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the legal framework of Bangladesh.

• Update your account details promptly if any information changes, such as your email address or phone number.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions and activities carried out on your account.

If tkppk detects unusual activity on your account, it may temporarily suspend the account for security purposes. In such cases, please contact our support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The tkppk platform currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The account you deposit from must be registered in your name.

• Once a deposit is successful, the funds are added to your account instantly.
• Keep your transaction ID as proof of your deposit.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be considered void.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, the funds generally reach your account within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be paid out via the same method used for the original deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete a total wagering amount of ৳25,000 before a withdrawal is possible.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus benefits are available to eligible members only and apply once per member.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — the contribution of bonus funds may vary by game.
• tkppk may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit the system in order to gain bonus benefits will result in account termination.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to placing bets and playing games on the tkppk platform:

• Once an event or spin is completed, the result is considered final and no objections will be accepted.
• If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical error, tkppk reserves the right to void that bet and refund the original stake.
• If irregular or suspicious betting is detected, tkppk may investigate and, if necessary, put the payout on hold.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. It will not be changed unless there is a technical error.
• tkppk reserves the right to change odds in sports betting, but odds will not change after a bet has been confirmed.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or conducting hacking activities.

8. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by a fault in third-party software or services.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to a security vulnerability on your own device.
• Loss caused by the suspension of services due to a legal or regulatory directive.

13. Dispute Resolution
